  • I came to realise very quickly that this “little project on the side” meant a lot of time and stress (check-in a client during my working hours, constantly dealing with silly maintenance problems or having to clean after guests not always totally respectful or tidy).

    Suddenly, I was unable to travel for work or holidays in case I had a tenant...
  • Not to mention receiving phone calls at any time of the day or night because my clients had locked themselves out... It was either this or using the services of a company that find clients and operates completely my apartment for a high commission percentage of my revenue.
  • I knew about new internet booking platforms such as airbnb.com and housetrip.com, but I could not use their free or very competitive services because they did not offer the option for extra services such as check-in, check-out and cleaning.
    So I decided to create Concierge-BCN.com to help other rental flat owners like me with the burden of “logistics”.
